The candidate should then list three alternative solutions to a problem they encountered. This demonstrates that the candidate is thoughtful and analytical, and that they carefully considered multiple options prior to making a decision.

Then, the candidate should explain what they did, emphasizing that they were the driving force behind the project or product. This assists the interviewer in understanding the candidate’s role in the project and their level of involvement.

Finally, the candidate should Summarize their impact by providing quantitative and qualitative evidence to support their impact. This helps the interviewer understand the measurable outcomes of the candidate’s actions and the contribution they made to the organization.
